Can anyone help?

iv got a bit of a wiring issue. got a 8p s3 3dr with bose and am replacing the plug for my boot subwoofer. iv got a four pin plug that comes from the car loom and four wires but have no idea what order they go in. iv tried a few different orders but not really working and the weird thing is when i just slightly put the plug in it works but when i put it all the way in and it clips the woofer stops working. iv added a pic to show what im talking about. its the wiring from the car loom thats the issue not the one from the woofer, just need to know what order the wires go into the plug as its numbered 1-4

also seems like somethings missing from boot aswell. next to the subwoofer and above the rear wheel theres an empty space with wiring anyone know what goes there?

its a silver box not sure what it is tbh but noticed wen i changed my sub

jesus that plug is badly melted! Are the pins of in the other half of the plug?

yeh the pins are fine, iv just bought the plug and fitted them into it but im not sure what the right order for them is
