Error code : 19684 P3228

This error code is "Manufacturer Specific" (for each car maker a different definition and meaning). The following description / symptoms / causes / solutions specific to VAG cars.

nl Exhaust Bank 1 Sensor 1, single cylinder control signal sensor unlikely lean
du Abgas Bank 1 Sensor 1 Einzelzylinderregelung Lambda Sensor Signal unplausibel lean
and Exhaust Bank 1 Sensor 1 Individual cylinder control implausibly lean

Do you have access to another lamba sensor? I would try replacing that first as that seems to be what is throwing up the error code.
