Can anyone help at all? headlight retrofit

hi i have asked if anyone on here can do a retrofit for me, with no reply at all.

i have an audi s6 63 plate and want to do a facelift conversion. i have purchased a complete set of facelift headlights (not matrix). who can fit/wire/code these for me? obviously i have the updated bumper too.
