Can a APX be dropped into a AJQ TT?

Hi folks,

Complete noob here. I'm searching for an engine to replace my destroyed AJQ engine, someone is offering an APX engine; he has said it's a simple "drop in", but I'm concerned about other factors regarding compatibility.

Is the seller right? Can I drop a APX into my AJQ car without issue?

you may find you have a little more traction either in the A3 8L section or (dare i day) TTForums < the TT section on ASN is pretty quiet.
