I don't think so Lee, I know you couldn't on A B6 so I would guess not.

You would have to get Stern adjustable arms to change the camber.

No the B7 has only rear adjustable cambers. However Eibach do a top mount kit to allow you to adjust the front camber at a fraction of the cost of the Stern top arms.
