Cam stretch symptoms

Car feels fine but in the interest of science I did a vcds scan , found the intake cam at -5 and the exhaust at -7DegreesKW

I read the limits are -8 to 8 but will this get worse quickly or slowly , ie should I be worried ?

What engine are you running? And how Did you determine the exhaust KW?

3.2 and block 209 on vcds
