Cam follower help

can someone shed some light for me? A friend of mine works in parts at a VW dealers, I asked him to order me a cam follower for my S3 and he came back with this part number is O6l 109 311? Here's a pic which looks completely different to the ones I've seen online being changed.

I have that same cam follower in my 2009 2.0 TFSI with the CCZA motor. Was also shocked when I saw it for the first time as I only knew of the "flat" surface followers.

That cam follower is for the FSI engine. Yours is TFSI and needs this:

Yep, yours is the TFSI BPY engine code, the TSI came out in 2008 with engine code CCTA.

My S3 is a 2007 model in it has the BHZ engine code.
