Cades wheels, also fitment

I'm going to be changing my wheels. I am looking at cades tora's in black. Does anyone know what the quality of these are like?

My care is a 2010 sportback s3, am I best to go with 8 or 8.5 inch wide? The car is lowered on H&R springs and I have 225 40 18 tyres
