C6 Allroad lower door trim blades

Has anyone found a cheaper alternative to OEM parts? All four of these aluminium trim bars on my car have dents or corrosion and I'd like to replace them without bankrupting myself at the dealers. From memory, the last one I replaced a few years ago cost over £250.

few of them on eBay but you might not get the whole set right away.

If you want the OEM parts, have you tried your local auto breakers?

why not just have them refinished.

they unscrew easily.. any wheel refurber should be able to do them

they are aluminium so wrap isnt going to give the correct finish

Thanks. The only ones on eBay at the moment are for a C5. Are they the same as my C6? Wheel finisher's not a bad idea. Do you think I could refinish them myself with some fine sandpaper and clear laquer?
