Hi Guys,
New here! Need to find a good home for our C5 A6 Avant 4.2. Been my wife`s car for a few years now and only going as it`s been replaced with a B8 RS4 - new loving owner required as the old girl has plenty of life left in her (that`s the car, not the wife!)
This is a 2002 C5 4.2 V8 widebody (sames as S6 & RS6) in original Quattro Sport spec. Only a small handful of these left now!
We`ve had it for just over 5 years and run it from 160k to 199k. It has a full history and folder of supporting receipts & MOTs. In our ownership it`s been well looked after by Dialynx (one of the countries most respected Audi independents) and the major work they have done includes:
1) Regular servicing
2) Cam belt
3) Front suspension overhaul
4) Rear suspension overhaul including renewal of both air suspension airbags
5) full brake overhaul - discs, pads and calipers
6) new header tank
I`ve also had the exhaust flexi hoses sorted, had all 4 wheels refurbished by Platinum Alloys in 2018 and it`s running 4 nearly new correctly sized Goodyear F1`s.

Bodywork is great for the age - it`s not a concours car but it is a completely solid modern classic. There are a few marks consummate with age and mileage, but as the photos show it`s in excellent condition. Everything works as it should apart from intermittent parking sensors. It also drives exactly as it should.
Reluctantly selling as we don`t really need two V8 estate cars. We probably don`t need one in fairness, but makes sense to have them before I`m forced to by a car with a big battery pack.............
Any inspection welcome. Really want this to go to a home that will look after it and give it the same love it`s had with us!
