Buzzer stopped working

my buzzer which beaps when i leave my headlights on and seatbelt is not on has stopped working . . . i checked the fuses and everything seems ok..
my airbag light is currently on at the minute think its the cables under the seat...
doe anyone know where this buzzer is located to check if it gets power ??
