Bulb fault on my dash from h11 led fog light

I recently had led fog lights fitted, on my audi a3 8p (06) since having them I have a dash board fails saying left and right fog light, even tho they both work fine, I had my read lights coded and he said he couldn't figure out how to remove the fault, he then said if I can ask about on how to remove it he will try again using vag, if anyone has experienced this and can help if be very grateful, thanks...
