Broken glove box....help

Yesterday I accidentally applied pressure to the glovebox when it was coming down slowly and when I heard something click I knew I had broken it. Now as soon as I open it, it'll just drop down and the light won't even come one which is really annoying.
does anyone know where I can get this fixed?

It's either a DIY job involving some sort of make-shift bracket, or buy a replacement glove box from eBay. You don't want to know about main dealer prices...

I got quoted £200 for a new glove box for mine from Derby Audi. Not going to happen!

This is one of the most common occurences in A4s. Do a search; there are zillions of threads on the subject, including step by step repair guides with photographs.

hmm I think I might just buy a second hand one from ebay. A local garage should be able to it rigt?
