Breaks Replacements

I recently had both rear brake discs and brake pads renewed together, and when I questioned the RAC approved garage about what they'd done, I was surprised to learn that the engineer didn't bleed the braking system as part of the works...should they have done this?

Anyway, now I'm getting the ABS light come up on the dash, I know it's braking related, but would this be as a result of the above works?

Could be related to an abs sensor, maybe they didn't plug back in properly & they should of bled them on those corners to a degree.

If they just pushed the pistons back, there is no air to enter. As long as the level is checked afterwards, be ok, but imho not the correct way.

Yes sorry silly me, didn't swap calipers, so Lee's correct, wind back tool wouldn't allow air to enter, sorry got etka in my brain today with turbo parts etc.
