Brake upgrade, where to go?

Hi all,

I have the 3.2 V6 Quattro and i love the car and the stupid amount of grip from the quattro system but i would like some more stopping power.
Im after EBC yellow stuff pads, ST/ST lines and some .5 fluid. Can anyone suggest a good garage to use close to Durham?

Will need some better stoppers for my 'Ring trip!!
