brake pads

im about to book my car into the dealer for new brake pads front and rear, does anyone know an approx cost it should be? im not wanting ripped off.

cars a A4 1.8T quattro 190bhp

I got a quote from Chester Audi a few weeks ago about £190 for disks and pads. I ended up getting EBC Grooved and dimpled discs and red stuff pads for £240 so £50 more from a Indy nearby. For items which are better performing and probably last a lot longer, I dont think thats too bad.

if your worried about cost do them yourself , pads cost me £37 both fronts ,
took me about 30 mins all in , just undo one bolt each side .
just need a 13mm ,15 spanner , could not belive how easy it was , the backs look the same too.
