Hi guys,

I need to replace one of my front brake pad warning looms as it appears to have a break in it. Anyone know if it's plug and play replace or is it a cut and splice job?

Cheers in advance!

Rich

If you're happy checking the pads your self, cut down a paperclip. Put it between the pin holes and tape it up.

You've not read my OP quite correctly. Its the loom from the pad connector in to the car that needs replacing.

bridging the connections is making no difference to my intermittant brake pad warning issue...therefore the issue is with the loom from the pad connector into the car. I want to change that loom.

Cheers

Rich

Sorry, I have a habbit of miss reading.
How far back have you traced?

I havn't yet - it just dissapears in to a loom and up in to the wing.

My garage say they can get the loom for £60 - although I'm not going to know which side to go for as don't know which one is at fault - dead annoying issue :(
