I am about to flush my brake fluid soon and upon searching for the right amount on google I came across some forumthreads pointing out that there is important to flush the ABS something and it has to be done via Vagcom.

Going trough the manual on around page 195 http://www.thewellings.co.uk/audi-sport/manuals/a3maintenance.pdf I can find nothing about this ABS flushing via vagcom. Only that you first bleed cluth 200ml, then all wheels 200ml for a total of around 2ltr of brake fluid.

Was going to buy this kit https://www.ecstuning.com/b-assembl...-brake-fluid-flush-kit-level-3/007091ecs04kt/ but if I have to bleed it with Vagcom I am sending it into a workshop instead so if anyone can fill me out on this it would be nice.

And is ca 2,000ml of brake fluid the right amount for a FULL brake fluid flush? (ecs kit comes with only 1,000ml)

2l is enough yes.

The abs pump can be cycled during a bleed. The procedure for this is on the rosstech website
