Hi there, I've just bought an Audi A4 cabriolet (2007.) I retro fitted an RNS-E which worked perfectly. However, a few days after fitting it I came to start the car one day and the battery was flat. I've since removed the RNS-E and put the original BNS 5 back in the car. Decided to try again a few days later. Within 30 minutes of putiing the RNS-E back in the car the battery was flat.
Since the flat battery recently I have had some rather strange issues - my Bluetooth module no longer works with either head unit installed and my air con is misbehaving. I'm hoping that interrogating the car with VCDS will help! - I'm based on Warrington but willing to travel
Just to be clear, when I scan for the Bluetooth module (with either head unit installed) the Audi is not found. I've tried pulling the telephone fuse to see if that resets the Bluetooth module but no joy. I've reached the point of utter frustration now and really need some help
