Boot Lip Spoiler - 3M Tape Removal

Just looking for some advice and suggestions for products to aid in the removal of my previous boot lip spoiler and when it comes to installing it’s replacement.

Mainly for removing the double sided tape residue from my old spoiler that won’t harm the paintwork? I’ve seen Goo Gone online but not really sure this is for cars?

I’ve got a replacement boot lip spoiler going on too and wanted to know if there are any suggestions on what best 3M tape to use as there seems to be a few different variations out there, preferably something that won’t ruin the paintwork if I ever have to remove it again.
