I'm looking to get a boot liner when my S4 Avant turns up next month. Audi offer two different OEM parts:

I have a similar semi-flexible liner in my current vehicle and am familiar with the pros and cons. Does anyone e have the solid liner, and if so, does it pose a problem when putting longer loads in when the seats are folded flat? It looks to have a fairly high lip at the back and I'm concerned that it might prevent some loads from properly straddling the gap between the cabin and the boot.
