Bluetooth options for S3(8P) with RNS-E

Good morning all,
I have a 07 S3 with stock RNS-E, I dont have an aux input, just a CD multi player in the glovebox and a telephone cradle in the centre arm rest, I'm more that happy with the way my phone (iPhone XS) connects to the system for phone calls but I've love to able to play my Spotify.
What bluetooth or other options are available to me? not keen on the old FM transmitter thing though.

No sure if they are still available, but you could replace the CD player interface with a Dension GW100 for Audi and attach a 30 pin Ipod/bluetooth interface to it. This should allow you to control the Ipod from the steering wheel controls if you have them over bluetooth, cant remember the name of the bluetooth adaptor but it supports commands and track information to the ipod/iphone over bluetooth.
