Bluetooth not working

Hi guys, I've got a 2006 RS4 and the Bluetooth has stopped working. It has factory fitted bluetooth set up and was working until recently. Now the bluetooth symbol has gone and telephone menu says 'telephone not available. I've checked the connections on the back of the head unit and seems OK. Any ideas?? Thanks
