Hello,
Can someone help please ?
Bought A4 B8 2009. It has got concert 3 radio (no MMI) and was originally without bluetooth. Big colour LCD on dashboard. got TEL button on radio and buttons on steering wheel. I've bought this wiring from ebay:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Audi-Blu...531631?hash=item2a14cbdeef:g:sW4AAMXQJRhRZ9ao

and separately I got bluetooth module from ebay: 8T0862335B

Connected all. Used VCDS to activate telephone (77). Bluetooth is visible in VCDS, it accepts changing settings like for example PIN, but when I try coding, I get error31: request out of range. On the screen I'm getting only "telephone not installed". I can pair with phone, but screen still dont change. When I try to make a phone call, it mutes radio, but sound goes only over phone speaker (no radio).
Please help. I believe it's some coding issues with BT or radio itself

Try these codings.

My BT coding:

Revision: 00000000 Serial number: 00000005460893

My radio
Address 56: Radio (J503) Labels:. 8Tx-035-1xx-56.clb

Coding: 0503008001010D000359070000

thanks! I will try
after reading tons of forums, I start believing that my radio long coding may be the issue

I've managed to sort it out !
There is so much talking about coding bluetooth on all forums and about activating telephone (#77) but no one says that you have to change long coding for radio also, to make it work. You don't have to do it if you just replace broken bluetooth module. But if you add module for the first time, you need to code radio also. This was really easy in VCDS as there is a coding helper, and when you select any sets of bits, it will tell you what it does and how to change. So, you need to tell radio that where is a telephone and speech control installed. I even managed to change starting screen from normal audi logo to S4 ;)
after coding radio, all started working just like that, without further bluetooth coding or adaptations.
First my samsung S7 could not see and pair, but I've updated phone itself and all running like a charm !!
So, for all you chaps who still unsure if Concert radio without MMI can handle original audi bluetooth, yes it can, and you can do it yourself with one screwdriver and VCDS
