Bluetooth and aftermarket head unit

Hi,
Is it possible to get the Audi bluetooth kit to work with an aftermarket head unit? I have had a search but cant find a clear answer!

I think it would be quite difficult if impossible. Do you have an audi bluetooth kit?

Why not get a unit with BT already built in like a Becker Grand Prix head unit?

Keep the factory look and have fantastic sound quality and BT

Yeah it is the audi bluetooth kit! Its got the stupid phone dock on the dash which is an eye sore, may look for a oem head unit although from what i have seen they are pretty pricey. I will have a look at the headuit you suggested Boydie, do they have a good spec? How well do they work with standard speakers?

I am sure they can be hooked up to an Audi lead but I had it in my A3 with my aftermarket speakers and amps.

The head unit is fantastic - great quality, looks OEM and has bluetooth built in! If you buy the ipod controller for it, its one of the easiest units ever made IMO!!

Suits perfectly I think and never noticed the difference in the colours
