Been looking through several build threads and much Googling trying to find information on making up oil and coolant lines for the G25-660 going on my TT. It comes with a restricted AN4 adaptor for the oil supply and some AN6 adaptors for the coolant flow so seems an idea to use them.
I know different installs require different lines and lengths of lines just seeing if anybody had any good suppliers of parts to make these lines up.
Would stainless braided teflon hose be OK with the correct fittings. Looking at the Motamec site they stock a million types of fitting and hose at reasonable prices.

Will cover the hoses anywhere they are near the manifold with a reflective cover. This looks to be pretty good.

The manifold and downpipe are all going to be wrapped to try and reduce the amount of radiated heat under the bonnet and help the coolant / oil lines .
Drain appears to be normally AN10, This flange seems to have the correct hole spacing for the G25

Seems like I could probably reuse the bottom part of the existing drain where it goes into the sump.

Any help suggestions, links would be good.

I priced up making my own AN braided lines using all the fittings and toon quality hose.

Shockingly it came to just as much as the real deal convuluted all stainless flexi lines Bill offers.

Needless to say I parked the idea and went with Bills!

Do you know how much exhaust wrap you used to wrap the manifold and downpipe ?. Roughly how long and how wide.

About 15m of 50mm stuff for each mate. I also used a DEI spray to lock it in. It's still pretty crap if I'm honest, in places it's gone brittle and cracked off
