BGB 2.0 TFSI HEAD TORQUE SETTINGS?

Hi, Is anybody able provide me with or point me in the right direction for the correct Torque settings for the head bolts, rocker arms and rocker cover please? Would be very Much appreciated. Thanks

Based on 2005 A4 quattro (04-08) 2.0 TFSI as mine
Head:
Stage 1: 20Nm
Stage 2: 40Nm
Stage 3: 180'
Rocker cover:
10Nm
