BG Service? Anyone had one done?

Hi, as title says, has anyone had a BG service done to there car? Been advised to do this after inlet decoke and ive been told it helps clean the chambers and goes through combustion cycle? Could anyone comment on that. Would appreciate some help. Thanks!

I think it is the link above that i was told to carry out. Or is decoking the inlet going to be enough?
