best wheel spacer width on std ride height

S3 8P3 model what are the optimum spacer widths front and rear. Car has magride option with (presumably) standard ride height.

I think the most popular choice is 10mm front and 12mm back.

I run 15mm front and back on pre facelift alloys.

Really depends what offset your current wheels are and the rim width.
