Best place to get a performance clutch from

Im priceing up doing clutch and hybrid turbo at some point and would like to know where i can get a uprated clutch from TRADE as my m8 will buy it threw his garage.

got a price a 467+ vat for the Turbo.

ZF Friedrichshafen AG | Driveline and Chassis TechnologyAll Sachs clutches in the UK come through this company and any warranty claims get sent there as well. APS would get there Sachs clutches from ZF engineering as well.

Is that price for getting yours turned into a hybrid ? Whos doing the work if so?

Best price I got from APS was under £700 for the clutch and flywheel and around £1k fitted including a new concentric bearing.

had a good quote on a Helix clutch

any body got any reviews ?

Helix are very good clutches as well. Used to be more popular then Sachs years ago but Sachs has grown massively over the years. Helix clutch for your car only used to come with a SMF unlike Sachs units.

OK i may go for that Helix Clutch then there are 2 sorts road and race and race think the road and race will do for me as good for 250+bhp and im only going for 220bhp tops.

have been told it will fit fine on to my sachs dmf.

Ones an organic disc the other is a sinthered paddle disc. Get the organic for road use as sinthered paddle is very on/off to use and so not good for town driving. BHP is meaningless when dealing with clutches you go by torque rating.
