just after some advice e on a subject thats been covered before Audi s3 stage 2 280bhp 280 torque clutch is starting to slip was wondering which dmf to go for i like driving it hard but done do any drag strip our launching but want a clutch that is going to handle hard driving and is going to last tia paul

Think about single mass flywheel conversion if your driving hard and want it to last. Never having to replace the flywheel will save you in the long run but do study pros and cons. Some don't like the feeling. Some don't like the noise, but when driving hard...who give a shhh

no clutch lasts from 'hard' driving... they just tend to be more capable of lasting longer than a lesser clutch would be

For stage 2 levels (and hybrid levels of power tbh) then the Sachs paddle plate, LuK DMF/std cover works very well... its streetable and holds over 400ftlbs and 500hp... has OE light pedal unlike the 'upgraded' clutches that are stiffer to obtain more clamping force

It will still wear though... as thats what clutches do especially if you are hard on them... but will last longer than a std one under the same circumstances but not as long as a std clutch if just driven normally...

Clutch wear is subjective...
