Problem with a lot of the budget top hoses I have seen is they tend to be soft and swell quite nicely under boost...
SFS appear to be one of the cheaper ones but the Forge stuff isn't too far behind and are excellent quality..

The colour isn't very well represented in that pic... the blue is better than that on the actual product but yeah the SFS are a tad cheaper...

They do but the picture in there web site looks very light blue so I have dropped them an email regarding the colour!

with car specific hoses the ebay one work but like tuffty said, they go soft after a few heat cycles. i was lucky as I got sfs boost hoses for free in exchange for sorting out a mates computer 
Cheapo crapo ones can be crushed with your hand, whereas you can hardly put an indent in the forge ones, and they look beautiful.
