Belt Tensioner Lock

Am I being thick here...I don't see the bolt to turn to move the belt tensioner so I can lock it?

Well that was easy! Do you have to lock it in place? I tried a drill bit and it just snapped in two!
 
Yeah I locked it in place with an allen key, I'm surprised it snapped your drill bit unless it was 3mm or something haha.

Grabbed a screenshot from a YouTube video just incase you're locking it a different way which shears the drill bit.

Used a 4mm drill bit, biggest j could get to fit. Must have been poor quality lol. Found an Allen key that fit snuggly and that's done the job. Had me abit nervous getting my hands in to remove the screws after seeing it obliterate the drill bit though! Lol.
