Beginners question about tyre pressures

Could someone confirm I'm reading this pressure chart correctly? I don't think the tables are made that clear.

My tyres say they're 225/45 R17 91Y

So with just myself in the car it seems to suggest Front 32psi Rear 29psi?

Would that be the same pressure for summer and winter?

I've always use 35psi, the maximum on my goodyear tires is 50psi (50psi gonna pop my tires lol)
