Just seen these at the last minute and wanted to get peoples thoughts

http://www.motoring-into-europe.co.uk/halfords/faq.html

I have adaptive Xenons (the bendy ones) on my 8P3 and I'm rushing around trying to sort my lights out in time for going to France Friday morning. I'd been planning to find someone with VCDS/VAGCOM who could plug in and change the settings to 'tourist mode' for driving abroad, which I think just lowers the beam??

I'll be there for 3 months and will probably have to use lights quite a bit. Which solution is best?

Thanks,
Tom

You're right about it lowering the beam yep.

If you don't mind paying, the beam deflectors will give you a straight line beam pattern which should be better than lowering the beam.
