Love my BCS exhaust but would like to have a bit more noise/burble/pops every now and then. I don't want to jam the valve open and have it noisy all the time.
I had a thought! If I got a normally open solenoid pneumatic valve hooked up to a switch on the pipe connecting the valve I could control it somewhat!
To get it open I would just get on boost to open exhaust valve, press button that would trap the air leaving it in the open position! When I want it quiet again I just click the button and all back to normal.
Thoughts please.

As step one in your plan, I think you need to check that the hose to exhaust valve connection is totally airtight as any leak will cause the exhaust valve to close in spite of your valve.
I think any alteration to the valve operation will invalidate your warranty if there is a problem later on.
