I think mine is a copy and made of acrylic. I don't think you will be able to tell much difference between the glass version. Will see when it arrives

I know for sure that mine is glass because I've dropped it and is chipped now. Fortunately is on the inside.

I had mine removed by the guys who replaced my windscreen.
The arm was stuck on the axle and I was affraid to force it.
I went to pay for the new windscreen and when I returned to the car it was already removed so I don't know if the guy who did it just pulled harder or used a tool.

So the bung is too small haha, typical. the lad is good enough to send me two more sizes tho to be fair. I can see myself buying the real deal to be honest
