Yeah body shop supplied the courtesy as they were not the insurers preferred but I went with them as recommended by Audi.
It's the only courtesies they do, it is a 66 polo with 200 miles on so not the worst in courtesy car possibilities but not something I want longer than I need to.
They are accredited for whole VW group as well as JLR, I know someone in body shop repairs and how hard these accreditations are to get so really surprised at the quality of the repair and how it's gone unnoticed prior to delivery.
Don't have the premium car with insurerer so no options there.
Maybe will try audi assurance to see if they can get me a better courtesy.
Will speak to lease too (through Audi) and see what can be done re payments.
