Back box fiberglass removal

Does any one know how much more sound you get if you remove the fiberglass from the stock back box.

I would like a little more feed back from the exhaust but dont want it to be too load and also let the wife end up saying i look like a 12 year old again (been there)

I can weld the box shut again so this would be a cheap way of getting a little more volume, other than that it looks like BCS or scorpion.

I dont want any drone so full removal seems out and it also sounds raspy (90's Nova) from the clips i have seen,

My 4.2 S5 got a little bit more noise from the removal of material from the box
