had an interesting one today stopped to fill washers, popped bonnet and stood like a d**k scratching my head looking for the reservoir.
After a bit of embarrassment closed bonnet and went on my way then found it when I got home lol.

Hahaha. I can totally understand but I thankfully found it straight away just because I was standing on the right side of the car when I started looking.

Did exactly the same on my first attempt!

Stood staring for about 5 long minutes until I decided to give up and just happened to then walk past the drivers side to notice it tucked away in the wing...lol

Speaking of which, I imagine that mine is probably running fairly low...

I just read the ****** manual, or lift the bonnet and find out such things first. Perhaps I am from the old school of motoring but I am sure I'm not alone..

Haha, yes I like a good read of the manual but was confident I could lift the bonnet and find the washer reservoir pretty easy...how wrong was I! Hahaha

It took me a while to find the battery - in the boot! The engine bay is massive and yet there is no room for the battery, unless there is a particular reason for locating it where it is. I used to do all my own repairs and servicing in the days when the amateur could, but I’d hate to have to work on a modern engine. I still can’t work out what many of the items in the engine bay of mine are.

I was scratching my head over were the locking wheel nut bit was. Checked the glove box, the manual pack etc. I then thought it may have been with the jack but didn't know were that was either. I lifted the whole boot floor out and found it under the small lap at the back of the boot floor cover as I had only been lifting the main front section. Felt daft afterwards.

I'm glad I read this before topping up the screen wash today. its not something I would have looked at in the hand book as I would take it for granted that I could see it when I lift the bonnet.
Great position for it as you can actually pour it straight in from large container, the A6 drove me nuts with the silly position!

My rear windscreen washer spray thing isn't working any more :( I sure as hell hope there isn't another reservoir that I haven't filled up before it goes into the dealership on Friday :p (I didn't see anything in the manual...)
