B9 RS5 - Tyre choice?

Just asking what tyres eveyone uses on their RS5? The reason I ask is that I recently got a puncture in one of mine and I didn't realise the tyres are fitted with a sticky gum liner and sponge for noise reduction. The guys were only able to do a repair as the screw was just outside the sticky and sponge bit.
Going forward I don't want to replace with tyres that can't be repaired if I get a puncture so wondered what everyone uses, prices and where they get them from?

Mitchelin Pilot Sport 4S are the best tyres currently on the market and what I'm wearing on mine currently. No sponge inside.
