Hi all

Probably sounds like a bit of a dumb question to most. But I was just wondering how hard it is to remove the chrome surround from the front grill of my 13-reg a4 as I'm wanting to fit a black grill but retain the chrome surround. I guess it will be fairly strait forward to remove the bumper but was just unsure about the surround. Also can you just paint the park sensors as mine are grey at the mo.

Even then, does the surround come off? Not sure. Its hard enough prising the rings off without snapping the tabs.

If it's the same as my A5 then yes....but be prepared to break a few tabs! Mine still held in place fine, it was just a bit worrying during the process...

Perhaps you are less heavy handed than me though!
