B7 Rear Seat Back Rest Removal

Hey,

I am pulling my hair out here. Got a full set of leathers for my B7 and cannot get the headrest guides/anchors removed.

Searched all forums and google/YouTube etc.

The best solution I can find is “yank them up” but I can’t get enough purchase even with a bar.

I’ve broken all of them now and smashed a few and poked them through but there must be an easier way of doing this?

I did and the black headrest guides would only come out when snapped off, but I got the new interior in. Dunno how to do it properly though...
