To cut a long story short,I had a cluster failure that led no immobiliser issues etc.
Eventually the car is running again and all is ok except for the buzzer that sounds when lights are left on/fuel low etc AND the boot lid wont release with the central locking(It only releases if I hold down the boot button on the key)
Is this a vag com setting or is there something else wrong?
I know it could be the soft touch button but it wasn't an issue before the cluster was replaced.
When I hold down the boot button on the key the boot releases so the solenoid etc is ok
So theres either a setting to be changed or the soft touch button coincidentally has now failed?

(The buzzer isn't of concern as I know it can be an issue and its likely faulty on the new cluster...unless theres a vag com setting for it too)
