B6 S4 Brake Upgrade

I have a 2005 54plate a4 avant tdi.
I am planning on upgrading the brakes as they need an overhaul. I have a complete s4 front brake setup including calipers, 345mm discs, pads and braided lines. Is there any difference between the rear discs on the a4 and s4's?

On B6 A4's I believe the rears were 245/255mm and the B6 S4's were 300x22mm. Which I've recently noticed the calipers go at a ridiculous price on eBay! Although some B7 A4's use the same calipers on the 288x12 rears but go for much cheaper!

Ps this is just knowledge I've picked up from reading online. No hands on experience here. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me haha.
