I own a b6 avant diesel and want my twin exhaust to show. What i would like to know is if a b7 rear bumper lower spoiler (where the exhaust cut outs are) will fit in a b6 bumper?

No, you need a rear valence from a 1.8t part numbers are in the part number sticky.

Any idea how much they are new anyone?

It seems pretty variable with prices quoted between £70-140. Give TPS or similar a call with the part number and see what they say.
