B6 FBMFSW Options

Hi
can any one tell me if THE PADDLES CAN BE REMOVED from a FB MFSW as the lad has sent me the wrong one
any help on How to do this would also be much appreciated

Yes you will need the little plastic adapter for the slip ring as its a totally different shape than the B6 one.

Regarding leaving the wiring alone on the airbag cabling, this will just connect the high impact airbag which is what most people do as nobody is sure it works if you put both through stages through the one igniter

where are you ??, it is not that hard, aslong as you have the instructions, tools and vagcom you will be fine

The paddles do come off but you will have a gap where they were, just leave them on

yes now i have the full instructions im sure it will be no prob ,

the wheel with Paddles went back should be getting the right one in the morning
so thats what im on tomorrow when ive picked up the plug from TPS

it only took me about 1hr 45 mins to install and code everything up
pretty easy when you can find all info required

Does your mode button work?

It should kick in your phonebook if you have SDS, bluetooth and a phone is connected
