B6 bumper upgrade

I'm sure that this is a regular question, but after trawling through the site and finding loads of post with various answers, I'm going to ask it again. Sorry
We've got a 2004 cab, and after having a new 08 for 3 months will ours was in, we've got used to the newer look front. How easy is it to upgrade, and what parts other than the bumper are required? Will our current Xenons still fit?

when u say newer front what do u mean? like the single cell front end of the b7/8? coz i've done a b7 conversion, but not a b8 one.

to change it to the single mouth not the split one

yes it helps. we won't be doing that!! ha ha.. fantastic effort to go to, and looks fab. but way to much work for me! I think we'll just stick with what we've got for a bit longer. cheers for the posts
