B6 1.8t buzzing noise

Hi,

Audi a4 b6 1.8t Quattro has started to make a buzzing noise. Can't really tell if it's coming from the engine bay. Do you think fuel filter needs changing?

any ideas?

When moving, pulling away, stationary, putting into gear......need more detail.

Sorry can hear it stationary. Can't really tell if I can hear it when pulling away or driving

A possible belt or tensioner. Have you tried putting your ear round the engine to try and narrow down the area while it idles and makes the noise.

I have tried to find where it's coming. Did put my ear around the engine bay but couldnt hear the where it was coming from. I know that not very helpful. When I'm sat in the car or stood outside it sounds more visible.
