no they wont.
Front end is similar, but the fork where the strut attaches is wider on the B5.
Rear end is totally different.

I'll have a set of eibach pro springs & bilstein shocks for sale soon as I'm about to fit a B12 kit to my car. Only thing is one of the rear shock is weeping so could do with replacing. My A4 is a front wheel drive 1.9TDi A4 B5 Avant.
